Artistic Bookbinding

Course introduction

Artistic Bookbinding is a secular technique that has developed since Antiquity and has evolved in step with the profession itself, just like other creative activities, in the search for new forms that its creators can use as new expressive channels. The production of three-dimensional works has been enriched by contributions from bookbinding. In our bookbinding workshop, you will carry out coordinated, unique and original projects that fit the aesthetic needs and merit of the book.

Syllabus

This cycle has a duration of 1,800 hours divided across two academic years, the first lasting 32 weeks and the second 28 weeks. This duration includes the final project and an internship in a company, studio or workshop.
